Flavor South Florida Returns with Prix Fixe Menus at More Than 100 Restaurants

September is the last month of “off Season,” with the deepest dip in tourism, traditionally. For locals, there are great deals to be had in area restaurants.
Monty Foster, Sally Sevareid, Samantha Kerrigan, Carmine Gialanella, and Tyla Martin at a recent Flavor South Florida VIP sponsor party at The Beacon at Charlie & Joe's. Restaurants are offering prix fixe menus from $25 to $65.
Beyond individual summer menus and special pricing, there’s the Flavor South Florida restaurant month.
Formerly Flavor Palm Beach, the program has expanded into the Treasure Coast, and 101 restaurants, from Boca Raton to Sebastian, are offering prix fixe menus ranging from $25 to $65.
Brunch, lunch and dinner specials are offered.
In and around the Jupiter area, diners can enjoy the prix fixe specials at La Masseria in Palm Beach Gardens, where a $50 three-course dinner is served. Choices include the flori di zucca — stuffed zucchini blossoms; a branzino sautéed in a tomato broth with clams and shrimp; and a warm apple tart with raspberry sauce.
At Sophia’s in Hobe Sound, a $48 three-course meal includes choices such as fried crab arancini, steak and shrimp scampi, and a basque cheesecake.
In Jupiter, the Twisted Tuna offers a $49 multi-course dinner. Ipswitch clams, and calamari are on the menu along with seared tuna, a blue cheese alfredo tenderloin, and for dessert, a Florida Sunshine Cake or sea salt caramel cheesecake.
In northern Palm Beach County, other upscale dining experiences include MICHELIN-recommended The Butcher’s Club at PGA National Resort, 1000 NORTH in Jupiter, and Blackbird in Jupiter.
On the Treasure Coast, enjoy the coastal atmosphere at Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House in Jensen Beach, Hudson’s on the River in Stuart, Kyle G’s Prime Seafood & Steaks on Hutchinson Island, and Cobb’s Landing in Fort Pierce.

To drive more tourism to South Florida, Flavor South Florida is also partnering with area resorts to offer special staycation rates in September. These include The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, Amrit Ocean Resort, and Capt Hirams Resort. Guests can enjoy each resort property’s scenic restaurants that are offering Flavor South Florida’s prix fixe menus.
