Looking to Host Without the Hassles in Jupiter, Florida? These Event Spaces Offer Places to Party

Story by Jan Norris

It’s full-on party season – a time for gathering, making merry, and toasting others.

But there are more than 12 of you. Maybe 50 or more. Where are you going to host a group?

We have suggestions for places that can host 12 to 500, though you may be too late for a holiday party, since many book months ahead if not a year in advance. Holiday weekends? Long gone.

• Get at least a rough head count. Some spaces charge per person.

• Look for calendar gaps (after holidays; weeknights - especially Mondays). If you and your group are flexible enough, ask to be put on a waiting list.

• Ask for options for outside patios, decks, pavilions.

• Get it in writing. Clarify all details about what is furnished, allowed from outside.

• If it’s a big event, and especially outdoors, ask about insurance, and cancellations.
